First and second nomination of New Officers for the 2015-16 year will be during the first 2 meetings in February - Feb 5th and 12th. Anyone interested or knows of a member interested in being an officer is encouraged to come to one of these meetings. Nominations will be taken for Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Loyal Knight, Lecturing Knight, Tiler, Secretary, Treasurer, and 5 year Trustee. Other positions are appointed by the Exalted Ruler.
Election of Officers will be held on Thurs, Feb 26th.
Indoctrination of New Members will be on Wednesday 1/21/15. Dinner will be served starting at 6:00 and the program will be at 7:00 in the meeting room. Members are encouraged to come and meet the new candidates who will be coming into our lodge.
Initiation will be Thursday, 1/22/15 starting at 7:30. All members are welcome to attend and welcome in our new members. A light dinner will be served afterwards.
East District Hoop Shoot will be held in Cynthiana, KY on Saturday January 17, 2014. Come and watch the winners from NKY participate to advance further in the Hoop Shoot Contest. For anyone interested in going, families and contestants will be leaving the lodge at 9:30. For specific information, contact Bill or Kathy Frommeyer.
Hoop Shoot will be held on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2014 beginning at 9:30 at the Ft. Thomas Armory. Help is needed for scoring and registration of contestants. Following will be lunch and presentation of awards at the lodge. Anyone interested in helping, contact Bill Frommeyer.
