It is with my deepest regret and sincerest apologies that I have left anyone out of acknowledgement for helping with the dinner. Teri Amiott, who is always in the kitchen for almost every event should also be acknowledged. Teri is one person who is always seen in the kitchen and should never be taken for granted. All of our kitchen help is and should be appreciated. Again, let's all Thank All who help
