Sweepstake instructions: New Members: There is a Members Only Sweepstakes and
a Ladies Auxiliary Only Sweepstakes. There are envelopes available to deposit
money in the locked wooden boxes at each end of the Bar. Please write your
name and date and amount deposited on the envelope and insert it in the slot
of the boxes. For the members, I add the date received on it later when
picked up each Thursday, I only handle the Members Sweepstakes.  If you have

Note : I am human and could make an unintentional error, if you question
anything on the report just ask me and I’ll double check it.
 
§  Cost is $1 per week, for entry to Members Sweepstakes.  
§  All new members have been added into our sweepstakes drawing, the week
after being initiated.
§  All current member names are in the Pill Jar Drawing. If a name is drawn
and that person isn’t entered, they win nothing.
§  Each week if the first member name drawn is not entered, a second name is
drawn for consolation prize of 10 weeks entry, worth $10.00, no cash.  
§  Winners of the Jackpot will be notified with a call,  (please leave your
current telephone number with the Secretary Russ Cramer).  If there is no
current number you won’t receive a call. 
§  If I talk to you, I’ll leave the check at the Lodge behind the bar for
pickup or mail it, your preference. 
§  If I have no contact with you I’ll have the bookkeeper mail the check for
the amount won, as soon as possible.
§  If your name is on the listing in RED it indicates your money or entry
will be running out within 1-2 weeks.
§  I collect the money from the lodge box only on Thursdays, it covers the
draw for that night if you aren’t already in. 
§  Any additional money paid is carried over for future weeks 
§  If you only put in a dollar weekly, you are entered for that week but your
name won’t appear on the list for future drawings.
